Each Indigo TIM Kit and Single Pack includes a detailed Installation Guide (for use with the selected CPU socket); the latest Guide revisions may also be downloaded from our site. Select the Installation Guide based upon your CPU socket.

In addition, Application Notes provide installation tips and recommendations for specific coolers, heat sinks, and waterblocks. The Application Notes are to be used in conjunction with the Indigo Xtreme and Indigo XS Installation Guides.
